SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

All products are shipped via ground service with a flat rate cost, with the exception of international addresses. Allow delivery within 7 - 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays AFTER the production time of 3 - 5 days.

Products are customized to order, exchange is available if product arrives damaged. A partial refund up to 1/3 the original cost will be refunded on all damaged returns ONLY if replacement is not select. At which time shipping costs will be deferred.
